At Ironbark Smokehouse, we like our meat low, slow, and with a whole lotta love (and smoke).
Born out of a passion for pit-style cooking, we’ve brought the flavour of the American South right here to Western Sydney,
with a menu stacked high with brisket, pork belly, ribs, and burgers that are messy in all the right ways.
Every cut of meat is rubbed with our house spice blends, smoked for hours until it’s tender and juicy,
then piled high with sides that hit just as hard — curly fries, creamy slaw, smoky corn ribs, and zesty pickles.
